To ensure your journey is as seamless as it is memorable, please take a moment to review our policies. By confirming your travel booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. Booking & Reservation

• Availability: All tour packages and services are subject to availability and formal verification by our operations team.
• Confirmation: A reservation is officially secured only once the initial deposit has been processed and you have received a written booking confirmation from us via email.

2. Payment Policy

• Initial Deposit: To reserve your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Balance Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 7 days before your tour commences.
• Secure Transactions: We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. To ensure your financial security, please only remit funds to the authorized accounts explicitly provided in our official correspondence.

3. Travel Conduct & Accommodations

• Twin-Sharing: Our standard pricing is based on twin-sharing accommodations. For travelers preferring a private room, a single-supplement surcharge will apply.
• Professional Guidance: For the safety of our guests, we ask that all travelers follow the instructions of our professional guides. Precious Pakistan reserves the right to discontinue the services of any guest whose conduct is unlawful or disruptive, without obligation for a refund.
• Itinerary Adherence: We are committed to providing the experiences outlined in your itinerary. Please note that no partial refunds are offered for any portion of the tour that remains unused due to voluntary early departure or missed activities.

4. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection.
• Personal Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good physical health for your chosen tour. Please disclose all dietary restrictions or medical conditions at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs effectively.

5. Travel Documentation & Logistics

• Permits & Visas: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any required travel permits. Precious Pakistan cannot be held liable for expenses incurred due to missing or invalid documentation.
• Weather Disruptions: In mountainous regions, travel plans may occasionally be impacted by weather. We suggest building "buffer days" into your schedule. Additional expenses for accommodation or meals resulting from such delays are the responsibility of the traveler.

6. Itinerary Modifications

• Operational Changes: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, transportation, or lodging when necessary due to weather, safety, or logistical concerns. If these changes require additional services, the traveler is responsible for any associated costs.

7. Liability & Legal Notice

• Limitation of Liability: Precious Pakistan prides itself on safety; however, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained during your tour.
• Legal Compliance: All participants must respect and adhere to local laws and customs throughout their journey.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Resolving Concerns: We value your feedback. Should any issues arise during your trip, please alert your tour guide or our office immediately so we may resolve the matter for you.
