Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Precious Pakistan, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below so you know exactly what to expect if you need to modify or cancel your booking.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

The initial 50% booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Cancellations by the Traveler

We kindly ask that all cancellation requests be submitted in writing. Our refund structure is as follows:

• 40+ Days before departure: Refund of balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• 30–39 Days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is forfeited.
• 29 Days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost is forfeited.

3. Cancellations by Precious Pakistan

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to low participation or unavoidable external factors, a full refund will be issued. We are not liable for any incidental costs, such as airfare or third-party arrangements, booked independently by the traveler.

4. Partial Refunds & Early Departure

We are committed to providing the experiences outlined in your itinerary. Please note that no partial refunds are offered for any portion of the tour that remains unused due to voluntary early departure or missed activities.

5. Bank & Transaction Charges

All refund deductions are calculated exclusive of any applicable bank transfer or transaction charges, which are borne by the traveler.
